How do you come up with the activity ideas?
We encourage all service users to suggest activities we can do in future sessions and we greatly value their input.
How do I register to join a session?
It is very easy to join! All you need to do is register interest via our contact form on the contact us page. Each session is £4 however there are options available for those who can not afford this

Are there volunteers on site?
Yes! We always make sure we have enough volunteers to help out during activities.
What if I don't feel like doing a particular activity
Participation is never mandatory, there are always alternative options to the main activity so that we can ensure our service users always feel happy.
